Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

Welcome to MTFWEBDEVELOPER. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the web design and development services we provide. By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

1. Who we are

MTFWEBDEVELOPER ("we," "us," "our") is a web design and development studio offering web development, custom-coded web development, web redesign, and web sitemap/planning services, as described on our Services and Pricing pages.

2. Our services

We offer the following packages, as detailed on our Pricing page:

  • Starter — up to 5 pages, custom design, mobile-optimized, contact form, 1 revision round, 2-week delivery, 30 days of support
  • Growth — up to 12 pages, custom design & animations, CMS, booking/lead forms, basic analytics, 2 revision rounds, 3-week delivery, 90 days of support
  • Premium — unlimited pages, e-commerce/advanced integrations, custom animations, full CMS, payment setup, unlimited revisions during build, 6-week delivery, 6 months of support

Exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for a specific project will be confirmed in writing (email or a signed proposal/invoice) before work begins. That written confirmation, together with these Terms, forms the agreement between us for that project.

3. Getting started / project process

  1. You submit a request via our Contact page or another channel, describing your project and preferred package.
  2. We confirm scope, timeline, and price in writing.
  3. Work begins once a deposit (if applicable) is received.
  4. We deliver drafts/milestones according to the agreed timeline, and revisions are handled per the number of rounds included in your package.
  5. The project is considered complete and delivered once you approve the final version or once the agreed revision rounds are exhausted, whichever comes first.

4. Client responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to:

  • Provide content (text, images, logos, brand assets) in a timely manner when requested
  • Give clear, consolidated feedback within a reasonable time during each revision round
  • Respond to requests for approvals or information needed to proceed
  • Ensure you have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials you provide us

Delays caused by late content, feedback, or approvals may extend the delivery timeline accordingly and are not considered a breach of our delivery commitment.

5. Payment terms

  • Pricing for each package is listed on our Pricing page and confirmed in your project proposal/invoice.
  • A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion, before final files/site access are transferred.
  • Late payments may pause work until resolved.
  • We accept payment in USD, PKR, cryptocurrency, or stablecoin. If you'd prefer a different currency, let us know and we'll confirm whether we can accommodate it. Prices may change for future projects but will not change mid-project once confirmed in writing.

6. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, as listed in Section 2. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included may be billed separately at $100 per round, or at an hourly rate of $25 for smaller adjustments — we'll always confirm which pricing applies and the estimated cost with you before starting additional work.

7. Intellectual property & ownership

  • Upon full payment, you own the final website design and code delivered to you for your specific project, excluding any third-party assets, plugins, stock imagery, fonts, or licensed tools used in the build, which remain subject to their own licenses.
  • We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing (for example, due to confidentiality requirements) and we agree to that request.
  • Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain our property.

8. Third-party services

Projects may involve third-party tools or platforms (hosting providers, CMS platforms, payment processors, analytics tools, etc.). We're not responsible for the availability, pricing, or policies of third-party services, though we'll help you set them up as agreed in your project scope.

9. Delivery timelines

Timelines listed per package (2/3/6 weeks) are estimates that assume timely client feedback and content delivery, as described in Section 4. Delays on your end may extend these timelines. We'll communicate proactively if any delay affects your delivery date.

10. Cancellations & refunds

  • If you cancel a project while it's in progress, you will receive 90% of the amount you've paid, with 10% retained to cover the time and work already invested in the project.
  • If you cancel before any work has begun, your deposit will be refunded in full.
  • We reserve the right to pause or terminate a project if a client is unresponsive for 30 days, at which point the above cancellation terms apply.

11. Support period

Support periods listed per package (30 days / 90 days / 6 months) cover bug fixes and minor adjustments related to the original scope of work. They do not cover new features, redesigns, or content changes beyond the original agreement — those can be quoted separately.

12. Warranties & disclaimers

We build websites to a professional standard and in line with the agreed scope. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. sales, traffic, or search rankings), as these depend on many factors outside our control.
  • Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as explicitly stated in your project agreement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTFWEBDEVELOPER is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including lost profits or data, beyond the amount you paid us for the relevant project.

14. Confidentiality

We treat project details, business information, and materials you share with us as confidential, and we won't share them with third parties except as needed to complete the project (e.g. with subcontractors bound by similar confidentiality terms) or as required by law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. This applies regardless of the client's location; any dispute will be handled under Pakistani law unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
