Overview
A booking platform built for a medical practice, letting patients view availability and reserve appointments online instead of calling in.
Problem & solution
The practice was relying on phone bookings, which meant missed calls turned into missed patients. We built a self-serve booking flow so patients can pick a time and confirm instantly, any hour of the day.
Results
Patients can now book independently online, cutting down front-desk phone load and giving the practice a booking system that works outside office hours.
